On 24th March 2015 at the Earth and Man National Museum the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET) marked its 15 
anniversary. The round table discussion ” NAVET – Tradition, Partnership, Challenges” brought together ministers, deputy ministers, experts, representatives of organisations of employers and trade unions, representatives of vocational education and training centres.
The challenges facing the Vocational education and training system and the qualifications of adults were discussed by Todor Tanev, Minister of Education and Science, Zornitsa Rusinova, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Emiliana Dimitrova, President of the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training, Vasil Velev, Chairman of the Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria (BICA), Tsvetan Simeonov, Chairman of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), George Shivarov, Deputy Chair of the Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA), Nikolai Nenkov, Vice President of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB), Alexander Zagorov, Confederal Secretary of the Podkrepa Confederation of Labour, Ivan Neykov, Chairman of the Balkan Institute for Labour and Social Policy and others.
