The project aims to improve NAVET employees’ competences in performing their work duties and responsibilities.
Specific project objectives:
• Increasing the team’s professional competencies in connection with the adoption of new approaches for the creation of the State educational standards (SES) for acquiring vocational qualifications
• Learning how to design criteria and new methods for assessing units of learning outcomes.
• Learning skills for developing curricula and programs based on SES
• Gaining experience in creating online accessible electronic databases with SES
